9.2 Job Active/Suspend List Screen
This section describes how to check and operate the jobs on the Job Active/Suspend List Screen.
9.2.1 Overview of the Job Active/Suspend List Screen
The Job Active/Suspend List Screen displays the current status of printing, reserved, or suspended jobs as
a list. Selecting a job on the list, you can check the setting details, change its output order, or delete it from
the list.
No. Name Description
1 [Job] Pressed to display the Job Active/Suspend List
Screen.
2 Job number Displays numbers assigned to all jobs.
3 [File Name] Displays the file name when applied.
4 [User Name] Displays the user name when registered.
5 [Status] Displays the current status of jobs such as Printing,
Stop, or Reserve.
6 [Pages] Displays the page count of the original.
7 [Sets] Displays the print quantity.
8 [Remain Sheets] Displays up to 4 digits of remaining pages to be out-
put (= pages × sets)
9 [Minute (S)] Displays the time required to complete each job
(minute).
10 [Mode] Displays the output mode such as Copy or Printer.
11 Active list number/Total number At the top the page number of the Suspend list cur-
rently displayed is indicated, and at the bottom the to-
tal number of the list pages is indicated.
12 [Details] Pressed to confirm details of a specified job.
13 [Prior Print] Pressed to suspend the job currently printed in order
to output a specified job prior to the current job.
