Checking Output/Send/Incomplete History

9.4.1

Displaying Output History

The Output History Screen of the Job List Screen provides a listing of output history.

Details of each job can be checked by accessing the Mode Check Screen.

Follow the procedure below to check the details of jobs.

Press [JOB LIST] tab on the screen, then press [Output History].

The Output History Screen will be displayed.

Check the status of output jobs on the list of the screen.

Use the scroll keys to scroll, if 17 or more output jobs are listed.

Pressed to display the Output History Screen.

[File Name]

Displays the file name when applied.

[User Name]

Displays the user name when registered.

[Result]

Displays the output result such as Complete or Can-
cel.

[Pages]

Displays the page count of the original.

[Sets]

Displays the print quantity.

[Time]

Displays the output time in 24-hour format.

[Mode]

Displays the output mode such as Copy or Printer.

Display number/Total number

At the top the page number of the Output History list 
currently displayed is indicated, and at the bottom the 
total number of the list pages is indicated.

[Details]

Pressed to confirm details of a specified job. The 
Mode Check Screen will be displayed.

Scroll keys

Pressed to scroll to the desired page of the Output 
History list if the list contains more than one page.
