Checking Output/Send/Incomplete History

Displaying Send History

The Send History Screen of the Job List Screen provides a listing of send history.

Details of each job can be checked by accessing the Mode Check Screen.

Follow the procedure below to check the details of jobs.

Press [JOB LIST] tab on the screen, then press [Send History].

The Send History Screen will be displayed.

Check the status of transmitted jobs on the list of the screen.

Use the scroll keys to scroll, if 17 or more transmitted jobs are listed.

Pressed to display the Send History Screen.

Displays the file name when applied.

[User Name]

Displays the user name when registered.

[Address]

Displays the destination address.

[Result]

Displays the transmission result such as Complete or 
Cancel.

Displays the time of transmission in 24-hour format.

[Mode]

Displays the transmission mode such as Email or FTP.

Display number/Total number

At the top the page number of the Send History list 
currently displayed is indicated, and at the bottom the 
total number of the list pages is indicated.

[Details]

Pressed to confirm details of a specified job. The 
Mode Check Screen will be displayed.

Scroll keys

Pressed to scroll to the desired page of the Send His-
tory list if the list contains more than one page.
