Preheat the sling to be cut off to 100 °C through 150 °C.
Cut off the sling by gas cutting.
• Tip of the tooth (1)

NOTICE
Cut off the slings on each portion of the bucket ac-
cording to the shapes. For the cutting off position, see
the following (A)-(A), or (B)-(B).
Be careful that the cutting face does not come into the
bucket body.
• Cutting position (A)-(A)
For the tooth tip (1)
Cut off at the hole bottom of the sling.
• Cutting position (B)-(B)
For the upper part of tooth (2)
Cut off at the position 10 to 20 mm away from the
body.

Finish the cutting face smoothly with a grinder.
6.
Check that the section is not cracked.
METHOD FOR ADJUSTING BUCKET CLEARANCE

WARNING
It is dangerous if the work equipment moves by mistake
when adjusting the bucket clearance.
Lower the work equipment to the ground, set it in a stable
condition, set the lock lever securely to LOCK position (L),
and stop the engine.
