2.
Turn the starting switch key to ON position within 15 sec-
onds after stopping the engine, and move each control lev-
er (for work equipment and travel) to the full stroke in all di-
rections in order to release the internal pressure.
3.
Check that the work equipment is in a stable condition,
then set the operating portion (g) of the lock lever to LOCK
position (L).
4.
Fit the socket wrench to the head of the pin (1), and turn it
counterclockwise by 90 ° to unlock the pin.
5.
Push out the pin (1) to the direction of arrow by hand or
hammer, and remove the tooth (2).
6.
Clean the mounting face. Fit a new tooth (2) in the adapter.
Push in the pin (1), and rotate it clockwise with a socket
wrench by 90 °. Lock the pin to install it.
REMARK
f the tooth is turned upside down or the mounting position
is changed, the wear will become uniform. This will extend
the service life of the tooth and reduce the frequency of re-
placement.
NOTICE
• Replace the pin with new one at the same time as
the tooth is replaced in order to prevent the tooth
from dropping.
• Insert the pins into teeth (4) and (5) from the inside
(arrow direction) on both ends of the bucket in or-
der to prevent the teeth from dropping.
