Remove the bolts (4 pieces), and remove the cover (2).
Hold the cover down at this time otherwise the cover may
jump out under the force of spring (3) when removing the
bolts.

Hold the top of rod (4), pull it up, and take out the spring
(3) and strainer (5).
10. Remove any dirt stuck to the strainer (5), then wash it in
flushing oil.
If the strainer (5) is damaged, replace it with a new one.
11. When installing, insert the strainer (5) into the projected
portion (6) of the tank.
12. Add the refill capacity of oil through the oil filler port (F).
Check that the oil level is between H and L lines on sight
gauge.
13. Bleed air from the circuit after the hydraulic oil, filter element, or strainer is replaced or cleaned by referring
to “METHOD FOR BLEEDING AIR FROM HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT”.
NOTICE
If the engine runs at high speed before the air bleeding is completed, or if the control levers are
abruptly operated, the air mixed into the circuit may damage the hydraulic components.
METHOD FOR CHECKING LOOSENESS AND TIGHTENING SWING CIRCLE
BOLTS
If swing circle bolts (A) and (B) are used while they are loose,
they will break. Tighten them immediately whenever you find
they are loose.
