MACHINE OPERATIONS AND CONTROLS
METHOD FOR CHECKING BEFORE STARTING OPERATION
1.
Check that the pail for the grease pump inside the battery
case is sufficiently filled with grease.
Replace the pail if it is out of grease.
2.
Check that the pail does not have a dent, or deformation.
3.
Check that the auto-greasing/grease gun selector valve
lever in the battery case is on the auto-greasing side (A).
METHOD FOR OPERATING GREASING MODE SELECTOR SWITCH
You can use the greasing system in auto-greasing mode or manual greasing mode selectively by operating the
greasing mode selector switch after the starting switch of the machine is turned to ON position. The greasing
mode selector switch on the right console in the operator's cab.
METHOD FOR OPERATING GREASING MODE SELECTOR SWITCH AT AUTO
POSITION
Auto-greasing system is actuated by operating the greasing
mode selector switch to AUTO position (b) after the starting
switch of the machine is turned to ON position. The greasing
mode selector switch is on the right console in the operator's
cab.
(a) MANUAL
Grease pump is continually operated. Select (a) MANUAL to
use the grease gun manually.
The manual greasing operating pilot lamp lights up on the ma-
chine monitor.
(b) AUTO
Performs the auto-greasing. Set it to (b) AUTO usually.
The auto-greasing operating pilot lamp lights up on the machine monitor.
Auto-greasing starts at the time when the starting switch of the machine is turned to ON position if the greasing
mode selector switch has been in AUTO position (b).

Display of the auto-greasing operating pilot lamp appears
in the center of the monitor display when turning the greas-
ing mode selector switch to AUTO position (b).
