Insert a ruler into the grease. Check that the height of
grease (a) is approximately 36 mm. If it is insufficient, add
it.
Measure with the ruler by inserting it into the position (A)
shown in the right figure.
If the grease is milky white to a large degree, remove the
bolts (5) on the lower track frame, remove the cover (6)
and the inside cover, and discharge all the grease. Change
the grease to a new one.
Total amount of grease:55 ℓ(49.5 kg)

Install the cover (4) with bolt (3).

NOTICE
When using the compressed air, blow it from some distance to avoid damaging the fins. Especially
when blowing the compressed air against the fuel cooler and aftercooler by 45 ° angle, keep the nozzle
300 mm or more away from them.
Blow it vertically as possible toward the core. Damage on the fins can cause water leakage and over-
heating.
In a dusty job site, check the fins every day, regardless of the maintenance interval.

Open the rear duct (1) and (2) on the right side of the ma-

Rear duct (1) can be opened by removing the bolts (3) (5
pieces). Rear duct (2) can be opened by removing the
bolts (4) (8 pieces).
