Confirm that all LEDs on the front panel are lit.
The DANGER lamp will light so that you can confirm that it works, but the
tester will not actually be generating voltage.
Following the opening screen that displays the ROM version and other infor-
mation, the LCD displays the last screen displayed when the POWER switch
was turned off in the previous test. The first time the POWER switch is turned
on following the delivery of the product, the tester is placed in the PROTEC-
TION status by the interlock function.
