20 Trackball
To work in the most convenient way a trackball is required to do the positioning of the fixtures.
The trackball which is sold by JB-lighting is already set up to the desks requirements. All trackballs are
marked with a sticker next to the dip switches. If the sticker is missing with your trackball, please call JB-
lighting or your local dealer.
Connect the trackball to the RS-232 interface on the backside of the desk.
Choose the desired fixtures by pressing the keys of the Fixture-/PAR selection
Press simultaneously the Group/Highlight key and the first key of the active fixtures in the
Fixture-/PAR selection. The fixture keys LED starts flashing the the fixture will be on
OPEN/WHITE . (Make sure the group fader is positioned at full).
After that proceeding the fixtures can be positioned by
means of the trackball
Trackball keys
Small keys left and right: no function
Big keys:
Press left key and hold it. Press right key to switch to
next fixture
Press only right key to activate slow mode. Press it
again to activate fast mode.
The complete group of fixtures which was defined first
will be activated one after another.
To switch off Highliht function press Group/Highlight key
Taste and the flashing Fixture/Par key at the same time.
