This diagram should help to clarify the way a loop works:
During programming
a PRE time and
POST time will be
automatically
assigned to every cue or chase.
The duration of this two times will be defined in the PARAM menu.
PRE and POST time will define the length of the loop.
The loop will either start with a defined startcue, which can be any preprogrammed cue. Or it will start with
the last cue which was programmed before the loop starts.
The basics of the PARAM menu are:
AS-PRE:
The loop will start using the last cue which was programmed before the loop has been set. .
Will be activated by pressing the softkey AS-PRE.
You can define a certain cue to be the start cue anytime. Programm the cue first and store it
on one of the cue keys. Assign it simply by pressing the cue key.
AS-OFF
Loop runs without using a defined start cue.
PRE-/+:
Enter duration of time running before the cue is activated.
POST-/+:
Enter duration of time running after the cue is activated..
While programming a timeline show this basics are always active.
This is the factory setting of the loop programm:
AS-PRE:
active
PRE time:
1 second
POST time:
3 seconds
18.3 Simple timeline programming
This chapter describles the most simple way to programm a timeline show.
If you want to go futher into detailx see chapter 22.4 Complex timeline programming.
Before starting the actual process of programming a timeline show enter the basics of the loop first
(described in chapter Vor dem eigentlichen Timeline-Programmieren muss zuerst die Grundeinstellung der
Loops erfolgen.

The timeline programming is realized in the RECORD menu
Enter record menu by pressing the softkeys: TOOLS, TILINE and RECORD.
The display will look like this:
