Measures top value of waveform in the specified area.
Measures base value of waveform in the specified area.
Measures difference between top value and base value of waveform
in the specified area. There is no measurement parameter (no + mark
either).
The top value and base value are not only the peak value or average
value, but obtain the most frequently values from the probability
density distribution of the waveform amplitude.
Measures time difference between rising (falling) edge of the specified
waveform and rising (falling) edge of the specified waveform in the
specified area. Measurement point is specified by voltage and
following parameters can be selected.
Sets a channel (CH1 to CH4) and an edge (Rise, Fall) starting
measurement.
Sets a voltage starting measurement. f mark displayed at the right
end of the screen indicates the voltage position while the parameter
menu is being displayed.
Sets a channel (CH1 to CH4) and an edge (Rise, Fall) completing
measurement.
Sets a voltage completing measurement. t mark displayed at the right
end of the screen indicates the voltage position while the parameter
menu is being displayed.
In this example, a period of time between falling edge of the CH1
waveform and rising edge of the CH3 waveform sandwiched by H
cursors is measured.
