In the interleave mode, the normal sampling speed (200 MS/s) can be
doubled to 400 MS/s. The interleave mode setting is that only the CH1
and CH3 waveforms are on. This interleave mode setting is automatically
set according to the sweep range (see appendixes 1 and 2). Additionally,
the memory length is the same as that in a mode other than the interleave
mode.

The analog signals with the same channel are applied to two ADCs.
Each ADC group is operated with the clock shifted by half-period phase
to double the sampling speed.

Limitation on interleave mode
• The interleave mode is cancelled when performing the X/Y display or Math
(Add/Sub/Mult) waveform display.
• When selecting FFT in the interleave mode, the selection items of the F Source
menu are limited to CH1 and CH3.
