Saving the FFT Result
The FFT result can be saved on a floppy disk or ATA card in CSV format.
Saving the FFT Result to Floppy Disk
Procedure

Display the FFT result on the screen.
Unless the FFT waveform is displayed on the screen, the
FFT result cannot be saved.

Press the SAVE/RECALL menu button to display.

Through [FUNCTION operation], set Device to Floppy.

Through [FUNCTION operation], set Type to Waveform.

Through [FUNCTION operation], set Style to ASCII.
If Binary is specified, the time axis waveform of the CH1
through CH4 waveform will be saved.

Through [FUNCTION operation], set Step to 1.
For further details of the Step function, refer to page 34.

Through [FUNCTION operation], set Function to Save.

Through [FUNCTION operation], set File No. to an arbitrary
value (“1” for example) at each step. If Coarse is selected,
settings can be every 10 steps.

After selection of the File No., pressing the FUNCTION button
will cause the message “Press FUNCTION to save” to be
displayed. In this state, press the button again to save the file.
If the specified file already exists, the message, “Press Function
knob to overwrite ” will be displayed. In this state, press the
button again to save the file.
When save is executed, a directory named FFT is created below
the root, and the file specified by File No. is saved in this
directory.
The file extension is CSV.
