10. Cleaning and Maintenance

10.1 Cleaning

Make sure the TTI-7-R is disconnected from the mains supply before
cleaning.

Clean the outside of the instrument with a soft, clean cloth
dampened with mild detergent. Do not allow water to enter the
instrument.

WARNING:

Never use alcohol or thinners as these will

damage the instrument. Never use a hard or abrasive
brush.

10.2 Preventive Maintenance

WARNING:

Inspect the mains supply cable

regularly to ensure that insulation is not damaged.

10.3 General Safety Warning

WARNING:

If the TTI-7-R is used in a manner

not specified by ISOTECH NA, then the
protection provided by the instrument may be
impaired.
