DISA BOARD PRIVATE MESSAGES
Electronic call answer through DISA is available with all INTELBRAS line of PABX. The format of the
recorded messages has to follow a specific pattern to allow for better use of your DISA features and
services.
MESSAGE STRUCTURE
We suggest using the following sequence:

For other departments not within, you can use the desired extension number (factory default
setting: Extension 20 to 31. If you have changed the number setting, you should use the new
setting).
FACTORY DEFAULT MESSAGES
You have the option of recording and using your own messages with your PABX. It is necessary to
have the messages recorded and burnt on a CD in a Wave format, mono, 16 bits and not exceeding
the time limit of the file.
The files can be sent to us to have them stored in the PABX memory during production time.
