31.1.2.1 Calling a PABX with DISA
Using a decadic phone
Wait for your call to be answered by the attendant, this type of signaling does not
allow for direct access to extension.
Using a MF phone
Choose one of the below options or wait for operator:
Enter EXTENSION Nº;
Press

GROUP
(1 to 4) for extensions group;
Press
to enable external activation;
Press
+ MAIN PASSWORD + DESIRED PROGRAMMING CODE - for remote
programming. Remote programming can only be done after changing the PABX main
password.
31.1.3 Receiving a direct incoming call
Factory setting: All extensions are activated.
Blocking direct incoming call
Lift your extension handset, press

Enabling direct incoming call reception
Lift your extension handset, press

31.2 DISA Configuration
Factory setting: Messages and menu desactivated and DISA time in day and night mode
is active.
31.2.1 Programming time
After the message, the PABX waits for a moment to receive the extension number
allowing for direct access.
