3.3 Form Jam Recovery
If a form jam occurs during printing, the alarm sounds, Test appears on the oper-
ator panel, and the following message is displayed:

REMOVE FORM

To recover from a form jam, do the following:
Note: If form jams occur often or if a form jam does not occur but the “FORM
JAM” message is displayed on the operator panel, power off the printer and
power it on again. If the jam is not corrected, call your IBM service repre-
sentative.

Press Stop. The alarm turns off and the Test lamp goes off.

Open the set cover.
