2.9.4 Adjusting Form Tension
To judge if the form tension is optimum, check the shape of the tractor holes of
printed form. Check if the tractor holes are similar to (A) or (B) below.
(A) If the tractor holes are broadened vertically, the vertical tension is too strong.
Increase the form thickness adjustment lever one gradation.
(B) If the tractor holes are broadened horizontally, the horizontal tension is too
strong. Unlock the right tractor and weaken the form tension slightly.
If the tractor holes are not broadened and the form is not slackened, the form
tension is correct.
