4 Parts Replacement

Issue 01 (2019-03-05)

Remove screws securing the emergency door release button, as shown by (1) in Figure
4-56.

Remove the glass panel of the emergency door release button, as shown by (2) and (3) in
Figure 4-56.

Remove screws securing the base, as shown by (4) in Figure 4-56.

Disconnect cables and remove the emergency door release button.

Step 2

Install a new emergency door release button.

Connect cables.

Tighten screws on the base, as shown by (1) in Figure 4-57.

Install the glass panel, as shown by (2) and (3) in Figure 4-57.

Tighten screws, as shown by (4) in Figure 4-57.

Step 3

Check that the new emergency door release button is working properly.

Remove the cover of the emergency door release button using a screwdriver, press the button, and rotate
the door handle clockwise to open the container door. If the door can be opened, the emergency door
release button is working properly.
