Step 5 On the home screen, choose Running > Device Details > Compressor, and view
Suction pressure and Discharge pressure to determine whether they are within
normal ranges. Choose Running > Device Details > EEV and view EEV suction
superheat degree to determine whether it is within the normal range.

If the suction pressure, discharge pressure, and suction superheat degree are not within the
normal range, check the following items:
1. Refrigerant is charged to the standard amount. (If the refrigerant is overfilled, the discharge
pressure is high. If the refrigerant is underfilled, the suction and discharge pressures are low,
and the suction superheat degree is high.)
2. The air intake and exhaust vents of the unit are not blocked. (If the air intake vent and air
exhaust vent are blocked, the discharge pressure will be high.)
Step 6 After charging refrigerant, close all valves.
Step 7 Tap
to exit the diagnostic mode.
Step 8 Tap Shutdown on the home screen.

8.5.16 Replacing a Filter Dryer
Prerequisites

A filter dryer needs to be replaced.
●
A spare welded filter dryer of the same model is available and functional.
●
Tools: welding equipment, refrigerant retrieval device (configured based on
local conditions), Phillips screwdriver, nitrogen cylinder, refrigerant cylinder,
vacuum pump, pressure gauge, rubber hose, protective gloves
●
Preparation: Power off the smart cooling product and reclaim the refrigerant
in the system.
