Epson printers which are compatible with the Epson
printer control language, such

are also supported by the analyzer. Older Epson printers, however, such as the
will not work with the analyzer.
Mass Storage
The analyzer has the capability of storing instrument states directly to its internal memory,
to an internal disk drive, or to an external
drive. The internal 3.5 inch floppy disk can
be initialized in both
and DOS formats and is capable of
and writing data in both
formats. Using the internal disk drive is the preferred method, but the capability to use
external disk drives still exists. Most external disks using
protocol are compatible.
Note
The analyzer does not support the
(hierarchy
system) directory
format.
Caution
Do not use the older single-sided disks in the analyzer’s internal drive.

An HP-IB cable is required for interfacing the analyzer with a plotter, printer, external disk
