The \[SOURce[1]:]PULSe:WIDTh" command selects the pulse width to b e used in in ternal,
triggered in ternal, doublet, and gated pulse mo des.
The parameters are as follows:
width Sets the pulse width. The allo w able range for the parameter is 0 ns to 419 ms.
MAXimum Sets the pulse width to the maxim um allo w able v alue.
MINim um Sets the pulse width to the minimum allo w able v alue.
UP Increases the pulse width b y the curren t pulse width incremen t v alue.
DO WN Decreases the pulse width b y the curren t pulse width incremen t v alue.
DEF ault Sets the pulse width to its default (preset) v alue.
Numeric pulse width en tries ha v e a resolution of 25 ns; en tries with a resolution ner than 25
ns will b e rounded to the nearest 25 ns. If a pulse width en try is made that is not within the
allo w able parameter range, an error message will b e generated and the parameter will b e set
to either its maximum or minimum limit. The preset v alue for pulse width is 10 s.
Notes
1. In triggered in ternal pulse mo de, the sum of pulse width and pulse dela y
can not exceed 419 ms.
2. The pulse width can b e set at an y time, but other parameters m ust b e set
b efore in ternal, triggered in ternal, doublet, or gated pulse mo de is used.

width ::= The maximum pulse width that can b e set if the MAXimum argumen t is
sp ecied.
width ::= The minimum pulse width that can b e set if the MINim um argumen t is sp ecied.
width ::= The default (preset) pulse width if the DEF ault argumen t is sp ecied.
