can
generate
a
gated,
pulse
mo
dulated
signal
at
an
y
carrier
frequency
within
the
signal
generator
output
frequency
range.
When
gated
pulse
mo
dulation
is
used,
a
v
alid
TTL
lev
el
gate
signal
at
the
PULSE/TRIG,
GA
TE
IN
connector
will
cause
pulsed
RF
to
app ear
at
the
RF
OUTPUT
connector
as
long
as
the
gate
signal
remains
at
a
TTL
high
lev
el.
The
pulsed
RF
output
will
ha
v
e
a
pulse
width
and
pulse
rep etition
frequency
as
set
with
the
PULSE
WIDTH
and
PRF
(or
PRI)
functions.
Generating
gated,
pulse
mo
dulated
signals
requires
the
follo wing
external
equipmen
t.
