The \[SOURce[1]:]PULSe:WIDTh:STEP" command selects the incremen t v alue for pulse
width.
The parameters are as follows:
incr Sets the incremen t v alue for pulse width. The allo w able range for the
parameter is 25 ns to 419 ms.
MAXimum Sets the pulse width incremen t v alue to its maximum allo w able v alue.
MINim um Sets the pulse width incremen t v alue to its minimum allo w able v alue.
DEF ault Sets the pulse width incremen t v alue to its default (preset) v alue.
When the \UP" or \DO WN" parameters are used with the \[SOURce[1]:]PULSe:WIDTh"
command, the pulse width will b e increased or decreased b y a step size set with the
\[SOURce[1]:]PULSe:WIDTh:STEP" command.
Numeric pulse width incremen t v alue en tries ha v e a resolution of 25 ns; en tries with a
resolution ner than 25 ns will b e rounded to the nearest 25 ns. If a pulse width incremen t
v alue en try is made that is not within the allo w able parameter range, an error message will b e
generated and the parameter will b e set to either its maximum or minimum limit. The preset
v alue for the pulse width incremen t v alue is 100 ns.

incr ::= The maximum pulse width incremen t v alue that can b e set if the MAXimum
argumen t is sp ecied.
incr ::= The minimum pulse width incremen t v alue that can b e set if the MINim um
argumen t is sp ecied.
incr ::= The default (preset) pulse width incremen t v alue if the DEF ault argumen t is
sp ecied.
