Programming Example
In the follo wing example, an an tenna scan pattern will b e generated using simultaneous
logarithmic AM and external pulse mo dulation. A carrier frequency of 2.3 GHz at a p eak
main lob e p o w er lev el of 020 dBm will b e used.
T o program the signal generator to generate the an tenna scan pattern explained ab o v e,
connect the equipmen t as sho wn in Figure 3-14 . Set the scan generator to pro duce the scan
w a v eform sho wn in Figure 3-15, and then run the following program.
