Adjusting the metering disc
The retainer of the metering disc can be adjusted
axially so that the metering disc has the correct
distance to the housing and to the separator.
The metering disc must be locked with the rotary
handle.

Remove the cotter pin.

Move the metering disc as closely as possible
to the metering chamber. However, is must
rotate freely and not grind axially or radially
on the housing.
It must be approximately flush with the
housing and the separator:
An angle of rotation from one hole to the next
(1) causes an axial feed of 0.16 mm.

Insert the cotter pin.
NOTE
If the cotter pin is not inserted, the metering disc
will be pressed against the housing during use
and lock up!
As a result, no seed is placed, or the seed quan
-
tity and placement is undefined.
To resolve the blockage, refer to the operating
instructions for the E-Manager.
Changing the metering disc

Open the quick closure and remove the
removable half of the housing.

Hold the metering disc against it and turn
the rotary handle toward the left to the stop
position (1).

Remove the metering disc.
¾
Insert the required metering disc so that the
separator rests against the edge of the disk:

the rotary handle toward the left to the stop

Position and fasten the removed housing half.
