• Increase overpressure.
• Check lines and connections for
leaks.
Grain feed gate set incorrectly
Set the grain feed gate correctly.
Adjustments in both directions may
produce improvements.
• First set the gate valve upward
(greater number).
• Set the gate valve down (smaller
number) if no improvement is
produced.

disc, see Section
Metering unit
Metering disc too small
Switch to larger metering disc.
Wrong scraper
Replace the scraper.
Air supply grille soiled
Clean air supply grille.
Grain sensor dirty
Clean downpipe with the supplied
brush.
Grain geometry misshapen or
inhomogeneous
• Reduce working speed.
• Increase the vacuum.
• Use homogeneous batch.
Separating units and metering discs
soiled by deposits (dressing, dust)
Clean dirty parts.
Too many double seeds
Vacuum too high
• Reduce the vacuum.
• Reduce the fan speed.
Metering disc too large
Switch to smaller metering disc.
