Loosen the screws (1) and take them off
together with the coulter disc.

Remove the spacer disc(s) (2).
¾
Fasten the coulter disc again with the screw
(1). Tighten the screws with 140 Nm.
¾
Make this change to both coulter discs.
¾
Check for pre-tension and free rotation.
¾
Readjust the distance of the depth guide
wheels to the coulter disc, if necessary.
Clearing unit
NOTE
Never work without clearing unit!
The clearing unit or support skid have the fol-
lowing functions:

Scraping the insides of the coulter discs
•
Protection of the downpipe from damages

The support skid is especially suita-
ble for sandy soils as well as small seeds
(rape, sugar beets, etc.).
Support skid
The clearing unit can be installed or removed
without dismantling the coulter discs:

Attach the special tool supplied to the hook of
the clearing unit or the support skid and use it
to pull out the clearing unit or the support skid:
