• Check speed.
• Travel the test section (100 m) once
more, if necessary.
Wrong row spacing configured
Check the row spacing in the
E-Manager on the parameter screen.
Trap roller worn or damaged
Check trap roller and replace, if
necessary.
Seed grains are scattered
Working speed too high
Match the working speed.
Downpipe not correctly assembled,
blocked or defective
Correct the assembly or replace the
downpipe.
Trap roller defective or hard to move Replace trap roller.
One row does not drill
Foreign object in metering unit
Clean the metering unit.
Overpressure connection interrupted • Check vacuum connection and
hose.
• Empty the frame, see
Cleaning.
Motor defective
Replace fuses.
Replace motor (workshop work).
Downpipes or drill discs clogged
Drill has been lowered and rolled
backwards.
Move the drill only forward when
lowered.
Support skid installed under moist
conditions
• Remove support skid and install
clearing unit.
• Place trap roller in parking position.
Current consumption too high
Gap between metering disc and
metering housing too small
Adjust the metering disc.
Dirt between housing and metering
disc
Clean metering system.
Irregular fertiliser distribution
Fan speed set incorrectly
Adjust setting and measure transverse
distribution.
Air losses - fall sluice, calibration co-

Eliminate leakages.
Fan suction filter blocked

Deposits in the distributor
Clean the distributor.
