if the battery is not in the Charging State. To check battery voltage, power cycle the
controller and check the battery voltage within the first two minutes of power-up. In the

first two minutes after power is applied to the unit, it will be in the ‘Waiting’ state, which

means it is not charging, %SR196 = 11.
