6.2.2. Errors logs
Software, connection and communication
Cannot print result
During the automatic result printout: impossible to convert in
current units or error during report creation or error during
printout:
- Check if printer is on line. If not, switch it on.
- Check if there is enough paper. If not, See
3.6. Integrated
ticket printer paper changing, page 7-16 .
- Check printer settings (See Section 6, 4.3. Printer, page 6-7 ).
Cannot upload result
LIS sending error:
- Check if LIS connection cable is correctly plugged.
- Restart the instrument.
- Contact your local HORIBA ABX Technical Support

Invalid QC "lot number"
A QC analysis is out of normality limits:
- Check the last control results.
- Run an analysis for this control (See Section 4,
2.2. Running
control blood (ABX Minotrol 16), page 4-11 ).
- Replace the control lot (See Section 5, 2.3. Control
management, page 5-4 ).
XB drift
A statistic dot is out of limits:
- Check XB data.
- Replace the control lot (See Section 5,
2.3. Control
management, page 5-4 ).
Barcode reader error
- Check barcode reader settings (See Section 6, 4.2. Barcode
reader (optional), page 6-7 ).
- Restart the instrument.
Ticket printer error
- Check if ticket printer is online. If not, switch it on.
- Check if there is enough paper.
- Check printer setting (See Section 6,
4.3. Printer, page 6-7 ).
- Restart the instrument.

Reception of an analysis result instead of a QC result or
conversely.
