Plug the connector for the deuterium lamp back into the
socket and make sure the safety latch engages.

Put the lamp compartment cover back into position.
5.
Use a cross-head screwdriver to tighten the cover screws.
6.
Turn the instrument back to the correct position.

Connect the power cable to the instrument and connect any
other devices.

Maintain and replace filter pad
To check when the filter pad must be exchanged, this is inspected
every 3–6 months (in a relatively dust-free area this interval can
be longer).
1.
Switch off instrument.
2.
Remove the power cable from the instrument.
3.
Remove all other devices (keyboard, USB etc.).
4.
Turn the device round to allow work access at the rear.
5.
Press down the catch on the filter pad cover to open
(
steps 1 and 2).
6.
Inspect the filter pad. Replace the filter pad if is dark gray or
black.
7.
To replace the filter pad, remove the old pad and insert a
new one (with the notch at the top) (
step 3).
8.
Push the filter pad cover closed until it snaps into place.
9.
Turn the device back to the correct position.
10.
Connect the power cable to the instrument and connect any
other devices.
