Removing Mappings from a vStore
You can remove access to a vStore at any time.

Disconnecting the Local Computer as the Client
You can remove the local, host computer's access to the vStore.
1.
From the desired host computer, navigate to the appropriate vStore from the left navigation
tree of GridControl. To do so:
•
Click the plus sign next to
vPools to expand it.
•
Click the plus sign next to the vPool that contains the appropriate vStore, to expand that
vPool.
•
Click the plus sign next to
vStores to expand it.

Right-click on the appropriate vStore, and select Disconnect as Client from the short-cut
menu.
The Remove from vStore dialog box opens.
3.
Click the OK button.
The local computer no longer has access to the vStore.
Tip:
To verify this, you can click on vController Manager in the left navigation tree, and in
the vController Manager window, click the Workgroup Membership tab. Select the
appropriate vStore from the drop-down list and note that the Client is no longer in the list
below.
Removing Client Access to a vStore
You can remove one or more Clients' access to a vStore.
1.
In the left navigation tree of GridControl, click on vController Manager.
The vController Manager window opens to the right.
2.
Click the Workgroup Membership tab, and select the appropriate vStore from the vStore
drop-down list.
