3. In the K2Config application tree view, select a K2 Summit system.
The K2 Summit system's summary information is displayed.
4. Identify the
Write Filter Enabled
setting, which displays the current state of the write filter as
follows:
• If selected, the write filter is currently enabled on the K2 Summit system.
• If not selected, the write filter is currently disabled on the K2 Summit system.
5. Configure the
Write Filter Enabled
setting to change the state of the write filter as follows:
• Select the setting to enable the write filter.
• Clear the setting to disable the write filter.
6. Click
Apply Write Filter
to put your change into effect.
7. When prompted, confirm your change and the restart of the K2 Summit system.
Configure live streaming multicast using K2Config
Before doing this task, make sure that the SAN-attached K2 Summit systems are in a state as follows:
• Media access is stopped
• The K2 Summit system is not being used
• The write filter is disabled
