4. In the K2 System Configuration application, open the Network configuration page for the K2
client.
5. Verify that the IP address updates correctly.
6. If a K2 Summit system, enable the write filter. You can do this in K2Config or in K2Config.
7. Restart the K2 client.

Before doing this task, make sure that your K2 Summit system is in a state as follows:
•
Media access is stopped
•
The K2 Summit system is not being used
This task required a restart.
You can use the K2Config application to enable and disable the writer filter on a SAN-attached K2
Summit system.
1. On the PC that hosts K2Config, open the K2Config application.
A login dialog box opens.
2. Log in to the K2Config application with the administrator account.
The K2Config application opens.
