Runways are displayed with hidden surface removal techniques of the 
terrain and obstruction rendering, so runways behind terrain appear to be 
so. Runways are based on characteristics in the navigation database, 
including elevation, position, orientation, length, and width, and displayed 
as defined in Table 3-13.
