6.7 One pass mount and
laminate
This application can only be performed from the
front of the laminator using the main rollers. Use Chart
8 and Diagram 8 for assistance.
This application can save time but is limited to
the type of prints you can use. This process requires
more heat and a longer dwell time in the nip. Heat
sensitive images should not be used for this process.
Heat sensitive images would be of ink jet types,
and medias that have plastic characteristics to them. For
these type of images, use GBC Low Melt film or
comparable laminate.
W A R N I N G
Do not wear ties, loose fitting clothing or
dangling jewelry while operating or
servicing the laminator. These items can get
caught in the nip and choke you or you can
be crushed or burned.

( or comparable material )

( Must have a porous surface )
