Calibrations
AK 95 S Inlet/Outlet Flow Diagram. The complete
Flow Diagram is showed at page 2:5.
Pressure Regulator Calibration, PR 2
1.
Disconnect tube no. 4 from the T-connector
at INVA.
2.
Install a T-connector in series with the prior.
Connect tube no.4 and the reference instru-
ment to it. Use nipple K0 1515 002 to the
reference instrument connection.
3.
Zeroset the Reference instrument, wait for
stable reading.
4.
Start the AK 95 S.
5.
Perform a functional check and wait until
the conductivity and the temperature are
stable. The fluid path on the OP-panel must
be green before the calibration begins.
6.
Adjust the pressure regulator,
PR 2
, until
the pressure measured at the reference
instrument is 130 mmHg ± 10 mmHg.
7.
Perform a Drain.
8.
Reassemble to the normal silicone
T-connector.
Pressure Regulator Calibration, PR 1
1.
Connect a pressure gauge just before the
Parker connector inside MM 95 according
to this picture.
2.
Start the AK 95 S.
3.
Perform a functional check and wait until
the conductivity and the temperature are
stable. The fluid path on the OP-panel
must be green before the calibration
begins.
4.
Adjust the pressure regulator,
PR 1
, until
the pressure measured at the pressure
gauge is 600 mmHg ±75 mmHg.
5.
Perform a Drain.
6.
Disconnect the pressure gauge.
