System Password Mode

Sets the password entering for system start-up.
This item can be set only when [System Password]
is specified.
• System
The password entry screen is displayed when the
system is started. The system can be unlocked by
entering the password.
• Keyboard
A password is not required. Keyboard and mouse
are locked to prevent the operation. The system
can be unlocked by entering the password on the
keyboard and pressing the [Enter] key.
System Password Lock

Sets to skip entering the password when the system
is started with Wakeup on LAN.
This item can be set only when [System Password
Mode] is set to [System].
System Load

Sets to enable system startup from a floppy disk or
CD-ROM or not.
Setup Prompt
• Disabled
• Enabled (At the time of
purchase)
Sets to display a setup message "<F2>BIOS Setup/
<F12>BOOT Menu" on the POST window during
system startup or not.
Virus Warning
Disabled (Unchangeable)
Sets to check the boot sector of the hard disk drive
after the previous system startup or not. If the boot
sector is changed without a clear reason, it is
necessary to scan the system for computer viruses
with a virus detection program.
Flash Write
• Disabled
• Enabled (At the time of
purchase)
Sets to allow writing on the BIOS Flash ROM or
not.
