Printing Reports/Lists

This section describes various reports and lists that can be printed from the printer.

Types of Reports/Lists

In addition to print jobs sent from computes, the printer can print the following reports /lists.

Report/List Name

(Name on the Control Panel)

Job History Report
(Job History)

Lists the last 22 print jobs processed on the printer. You can print 
this report to check whether your print job has been processed 
successfully.
You can program your printer to automatically print this report 
after every 22 jobs using the control panel. Refer to "[Auto Job 
History]" (P. 116) for more details.

Error History Report
(Error History)

-

Lists the errors occurred in the printer.

Meter Report
(Print Meter)

-

Lists the number of printed pages/sheets to date for each 
computer (job owner).
This report cannot be printed when the Authentication feature is 
enabled. The [Auditron Meter] report will be printed instead.

Auditron Report
(Print Meter)

When the Authentication feature is enabled, selecting [Print 
Meter] prints this report.
This report lists the number of monochrome/color pages printed 
by each user and the number of sheets printed for each paper 
type.

Printer Settings List
(Printer Settings)

Lists the total number of prints, the printer's hardware 
configuration, network information, and the status of various 
settings. You can print this list to check whether the options are 
installed correctly on the printer.

Lists the values of the settings configured on the control panel.

Font List
(Font List)

Lists the fonts that can be used in ESC/P and PDF.

PCL Font List
(PCL Fonts List)
