The engine management system consists of a
powertrain control module (PCM), a number of
sensors and a clutch pedal position switch. The
PCM is located inside the vehicle, behind the left-
hand cowl side trim panel and provides precise
control of basic engine calibration parameters.
The sensors and the clutch pedal position switch
supply the PCM with input signals, which relate to
engine operating conditions.
