VIVO Monitor

There are three ways of activating the panic call in the Guard Unit:

1. Pressing the SOS button for 3 seconds.

The monitor displays a message indicating that the panic

call will be sent in 3 seconds (and the countdown will be displayed, i.e. the seconds remaining) and an
alarm tone will be triggered.

Users must keep the panic button pressed down for 3 seconds for the panic call to be sent to the PMS
Alarms.

If the panic call is sent to the PMS Alarms, a video and audio connection is established between the
monitor and the PMS Alarms when the concierge answers the call.
