Choose Define partnership>No and then click on Next. 

Start up the Falk Navi-Manager. In the Navi-Manager select the 

Theft protection 

tab

Select 

Remove protection. 

Theft protection has been deactivated. 

Using theft protection 

To use theft protection, you must switch off the device completely after each trip by switching 
the main power switch

 (cf. Chap. 1.4) on the back (M-Series) or bottom (F-Series) of the 

device to 

OFF

. 

When you move the switch to 

ON 

again, you must enter your PIN to identify yourself. 

Switching theft protection on and off 

You can switch 

activated theft protection

 on and off at any time. Once you have switched it 

off, you will not be asked for your PIN again.  

To switch the theft protection on and off, go to the 

main menu

 and select the option 

Settings>Theft protection. 

The button switches between switching on and off. Confirm your 

entry by tapping 

OK

. 

Forgotten PIN? 

You can view your PIN at any time via the Navi-Manager by connecting your navigation 
device to your PC in the manner described above and calling up theft protection in the Navi-
Manager under 

Options>Theft protection

. 

Note

: The PIN number is stored on your PC; if your PC has been completely formatted or no 

longer works, it is not possible to restore your PIN number.  

Falk does not accept any liability for expenditure incurred for any service that is required 
because you have forgotten your personal PIN number.
