Parameters

This command has two parameters.

Syntax

operator “username” “password”

Purpose

This command sets the name and password for operator-level access.

Parameters

This command has two parameters.

Specifies the new user name for
administrator-level login. The default is set to
Administrator

. This parameter is 1 to 15

characters. Valid characters include all
characters in the USASCII character set,
excluding control characters and spaces.
(Spaces are not valid even though quotation
marks are used.)

password

Specifies the password for administrator-level
login. The default is set to password. This
parameter is 1 to 15 characters. Valid characters
include all characters in the USASCII character
set, excluding control characters and spaces.
