The Page Editing Preferences Wizard offers navigation buttons like those in the User Setup Wizard:
Next -
Select the
Next
button to move to the next window in the Page Editing Preferences
Wizard.
Prev -
Select the
Prev
button to go back to the previous window in the Page Editing Preferences
Wizard.
Finish -
The
Finish
button should be selected when you have completed all the pages in the Page
Editing Preferences Wizard. When this button is selected, a
Confirmation Page
window will be
presented. Use this window to review your information. Select the
Edit
button to make changes
and choose the
Save
button to save the information.
Cancel -
Selecting the
Cancel
button will close the Page Editing Preferences Wizard without
saving anything new.
You can use the Page Editing Preferences Wizard to create default settings for the following aspects of
your communication pages:

Page preferences (color)
●
Plain button preferences (button color, border color, font, symbol, behavior)
●
Symbol button preferences (button color, border color, font, symbol, behavior)
●
Go To button preferences (button color, border color, font, symbol, behavior)
When you have completed your default settings, select the
Finish
button. You will be presented with a
confirmation page that lists all of your choices. If you want to make any changes, select the
Edit
button
and then select the item that you want to change. Selecting the
Save
button will preserve your data and
close the Page Editing Preferences Wizard.
The default settings you selected in the Page Editing Preferences Wizard will now be automatically
applied whenever you begin to create a new communication page in the Page Wizard. Remember, though,
that you do not have to use these settings for every new page that you create. You can use the Page
Wizard to make unique selections for any new page.
