Select the
OK
button to accept new settings and close the
Modify Pages
menu. Select
the
Cancel
button to close the menu without accepting any new settings.
To use the
Modify Pages
menu to customize the selected pages, follow these steps:

Before beginning these steps, be sure that you have selected pages and opened the
Modify
Pages
menu. The steps for this process are available at the beginning of this section.
1. To modify the existence of a Message Window on all of the selected pages, select the
Message Window
pull-down menu and then select one of the two available options:
Add
Select this option if you want to add a Message Window to all the selected pages.
Delete
Select this option if you want to remove the Message Window from all the selected pages.
When you make a change to this pull-down menu, the
Message Window
check box will be
automatically selected.
2. To change the font that is used for button labels, select the
Select Font
button (the
Select
Font
menu will open) and then complete the rest of this step.
2a. If you want to change the label font, select the
Font
pull-down menu and then select one
of the font options.
2b. If you want to change the font size, select the
Size
pull-down menu and then select one
of the size options.
2c. If you want the font to be bold, select the
Bold
check box.
2d. If you want the font to be italic, select the
Italic
check box.
2e. Look at the
Example
box to see a sample of the font styles you have chosen. If necessary,
repeat steps 2b through 2e to make additional changes to the font settings.
2f. Select the
OK
button to close the
Select Font
menu.
When you make a change in the
Select Font
menu, the
Button Font
check box will be
automatically selected.
3. To change the color of all the buttons on the selected pages, select the
Button Color
button
(the
Color Selector
menu will open) and then complete the rest of this step.
3a. Select the color you want to use from the buttons in the palette. The large, square swatch
on the right side of the
Color Selector
menu will fill with the selected color.
