Adjustment of the control cards
The propo-cards are adjusted by connecting an ammeter between the connector 2 on the propo-card and
the wire which is connected to it, according to the adjacent illustration.
1. Disconnect the conductors from connector A1 of the relays K42, K53 and K54 for measuring.
2. Pull up the test button of the relays K53 and K54
3. Adjustment of the minimum current I

Adjust first the base current with the control card (PC1-PC4).

Switch on the movement, which you wish to adjust, using the lever switch.

Adjust the minimum current with the potentiometer 5 on the control card. The value shall be about
400mA.
3. Adjustment of the maximum current I
max

Pull up the test button of the relay K42.

Switch on the movement, which you wish to adjust, using the lever switch.

Adjust the maximum current with the potentiometer 4 on the control card. According to the
adjacent table the value shall be about 750 – 880 mA.

Reset the test button of the relay K42 by pushing.
Repeat the steps 2 and 3 for each control card.
4. Re-connect the conductor to the connector A1 of the relay K42.
