Using the Operator Panel Buttons

One Touch Dial button
• Calls up the stored fax number registered in the Phone Book. The first four fax numbers in the Phone Book are
assigned to the buttons in row order, starting from the top corner.

(Copy)

• Displays the Copy menu.

(Fax)
button
• Displays the Fax menu.

Data LED
• Lights up for incoming, outgoing, or pending fax jobs.

Ready / Error LED
• Lights up when the printer is ready. (Ready LED)
• Lights up when the printer has an error. (Error LED)

• Moves a cursor to the right or left.

• Moves a cursor up or down.

(Set)
button
• Confirms the entry of values.

(Contacts)
button
• Displays the Address Book menu for e-mail addresses.

(Redial / Pause)
button
• Calls up the last called number.
• Pauses a telephone number.

(Cancel)
button
• Cancels the current processing or pending job.
• Resets the current setting, and returns to the top menu.
