Keyboard
Your keyboard provides different sets of keys to perform different sets of
functions:
•
Alphanumeric keys for typing letters, numbers, punctuation, and symbols
•
Control keys for performing certain actions: <Ctrl>, <Alt>, <Esc>, and
the Windows logo key
•
Function keys, labeled <F1>,< F2>, <F3>, and so on, for performing
specific tasks
•
Navigation keys for moving the cursor around in documents or windows:
<Home>, <End>, <Page Up>, <Page Down>, <Delete>, <Insert >,
and arrow keys
•
Numeric keypad of numbers grouped together like those on an adding
machine (The numeric keypad on most laptop computers is integrated
into the alphabetic keys.)
HINT:
If you still have problems with the pointing device, check the
software driver for the device. You may have to reinstall the driver.
